Careers

Overview

We're always hiring.

Work here is system-level and responsibility-heavy. Problems are open-ended, but the standards are not.

You own what you build — the decisions, the tradeoffs, and the outcome.

We hire across hardware, software, manufacturing, research, and operations. Background matters less than judgment. Discipline matters more than polish.

What We Look For

We care about three things:

  • You see problems others miss
  • You can reason through hard constraints
  • You act on what you understand

Degrees and credentials are signals, not gates.

Finished projects matter — especially individual ones — but what matters more is your ability to explain:

  • what you tried to make real
  • where it failed
  • what that failure revealed

We're interested in how you think under constraint, not how clean the result looks.

How We Work

Teams are small. Ownership is direct. Structure is flat.

Work is organised around problems, not roles. Reality decides what survives.

Routine tasks are automated aggressively. Judgment, synthesis, and system ownership remain human.

Applying

Send us whatever best represents your work:

  • writing
  • designs
  • code
  • experiments
  • unfinished ideas

If you don't have a finished project, describe what you would build, why it matters, and what constraints you expect to encounter.

Alternative Path

In some cases, we offer short, paid project grants as an alternative entry point.

These are scoped, time-bounded, and treated as real work. They exist to remove resource constraints and evaluate ideas through execution — not to simulate interviews.
